Tribes 2: Alive and well.
While in a renewed attempt to find servers still running Tribes 2, I stumbled across this page, run by a guy who is looking to keep T2 alive until the very end. This method is very easy and needs to only be done once.

- Download this file.
- Put it in your base directory (e.g. C:\Dynamix\Tribes 2\GameData\base).
- Run the LAN client
- Go to the “Join” tab
- Wait for the servers to populate
- Click on a server
- Click the “Join Server” button (bottom right)
Shortly I will post a torrent containing a set of files people can use to keep the game alive or come back to it for the purposes of prosperity with both the AltMasterServer method as well as the harder direct method documented.
