Thanks to my mother and a time for change
Well, looking back on the week I would say I had achieved just about nothing except for yesterday, I was begining to recover from the slump that had lasted most of the week and found that just emailing some people is a great little confidence booster, it was only two emails but they were two I had wanted to send for a long time.
On top of that, early this morning I broke one of my misconspetions about me not being able to sleep if I had slept durign the day, turns out that, even having got up at five in the afternoon, I could still sleep (Though for three hours at most.).
I have now decided to take on two goals over the next 30 days, my first will be to rise by 6:30 and take the dog for a run at the park at 7:00 and the second will be to do everything I can to get the first customer for my computer buisness.
I will start writing up the plans and use a calendar to mark of the days I sucseed (aiming for at least 50% overall) and I will keep you all posted.
Four in the morning is such a great time to make plans.
